What I love about Nia:
I love the body awareness that I experience as I dance Nia. I love the music and how it calls forth movement. I love how communities of dancers grow around the Nia class. I love that Nia is for everyone, every body, and there are no expectations on the person dancing.
I teach Nia because:
I teach Nia because I feel as if I have been called to do so.
I am inspired by:
I am inspired by people who understand their need to dance in a different way than others in the class and do so. That is true Nia.

My garden, Silver Falls State Park, Anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands, Snorkeling the reef off Wakatobi Island in Southeast Asia.

Work in my garden, Read, Visit with my Grandkids, Have lunch with family or friends, Travel
